NSOs must reach out to athletes
Kervin Jean, Head of the Open Campus Academy of Sport, was a panelist at the transformational leadership webinar hosted by the TT Olympic Committee (TTOC). The webinar focused on covid19 – an opportunity to grow, an opportunity to innovate, an opportunity for transformation.
He stated "This is where we are at now, we are forced and thanks to covid19, somewhat, we are forced now to go back to the drawing board, reinforce our foundations. Look at those little things that we take for granted, but actually impact our sport at the highest level and then focus on retraining our minds, transforming our current operations."
