The UWI Faculty of Sport continues to grow its cohort of Caribbean Sports professional with graduates from The Mona and Cave Hill Academy of Sports being recognized in the 2022 graduation ceremonies .
The Academy of Sports , Mona is proud to recognize its 8 BSC graduates, 6 MSC Sports Medicine Graduates and 5 MSC Physiotherapy Graduates. Whilst, The Academy of Sports, Cave Hill is proud to recognize its 31 BSc Sport Sciences graduates and its 4 MSc Sport Sciences graduates.
Police Constable Tanisha Samuel graduates from the UWI Open Campus
Constable Tanisha Samuels
of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) added her name to the list of UWI graduates serving the counties police force. Tanisha graduated on October 16, 2022, from the University of the West Indies Open Campus with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Minor in Youth Development with Honors. Her journey which started in 2018 was not one without challenges but she persevered and can now live her dream of empowering young people.
