This agreement has been designed to protect the e-mentors and the e-mentees. It covers the definition of an e-mentor/mentee, confidentiality, inappropriate communications and ending your involvement with the programme. These guidelines are here to help, but they may be subject to change and revision in light of experiences. If you feel there are any areas that are not covered here, they should be brought to the attention of the IAD at iad@alumni.uwi.edu. Both E-mentors and E-mentees will be asked to agree to the terms of this agreement.

The Institutional Advancement Division (IAD) comprises two parts, one being responsible for Fundraising and one being responsible for engaging alumni.

Alumni Relations primary focus is that of the engagement and involvement of alumni through strategic programming and communications. The Alumni Relations Professionals for the UWI are the Director of Alumni Relations, based at the UWI Regional Headquarters (Vice Chancellery) and the Campus Alumni Officers, on their respective campuses.
