Climate Summit - Sport Session
The Faculty of Sport participated in the Acorn Climate Summit themed "Climate Departure and Resilience, is Jamaica Ready for the Journey?", held on Ocotber 24, 2022. Members of Faculty, Ms. Carole Beckford, Sports Marketer, and student representative, Llori Sharpe made presentations and held a panel discussion around the theme of Session III - "Sport and the Climate Crisis: Victim, Contributor, or Advocate?"
