The UWI Disaster Risk Reduction Centre (DRRC) in collaboration with The UWI Global Institute for Climate Smart and Resilient Development (GICSRD) and The UWI School of Education Cave Hill Campus is partnering to host a special edition of DRRC Conversation which will focus on points of intersection and areas for collaboration at the intersection between climate education, disaster risk reduction and education. The session will provide an opportunity for the speakers to share perspectives, challenges and potential/actual solutions to build resilience through education while addressing the disaster risk reduction vs climate change adaptation conversation.
