Call for Abstracts (UWIPGCon26)

Rationale
The University of the West Indies (The UWI) continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the intellectual, social, and economic landscape of the Caribbean. As our region confronts rapid global changes, from climate crises and technological disruptions to evolving governance, cultural expression, and health needs, there is an urgent demand for research that not only advances knowledge but also delivers tangible impact.

The theme Advancing Knowledge, Shaping Futures reflects our commitment to fostering scholarship that drives innovation, strengthens resilience, informs policy, and uplifts communities. This conference provides a dynamic platform for postgraduate students and emerging researchers to share insights, challenge assumptions, and collaborate across disciplines. By bringing together our thinkers from the Caribbean and beyond, we seek to highlight research that shapes sustainable futures, empowers people, and transforms societies.
