• Abstracts should be submitted online at bit.ly/UWIPGConCall
• Full papers should be sent to Ms. Ava-Loi Forbes – uwipgconference@gmail.com.

Opportunity for Recognition/Publication

• Submit your paper for The One-UWI Postgraduate Student Conference. If you wish to be considered for the top 10 best-written papers, then you must submit your full paper by December 15, 2024.
• There will also be prizes for the best oral presentations by Session across the five campuses.

• Deadline for Abstract Submission: July 05, 2025  
• Acceptance Notification of Abstracts: September 30, 2025 
• Conference Dates: November 12-15, 2025
• Full Paper Submission Deadline: December 15, 2025
