This comprehensive research initiative brings together experts from various fields to shed light on the complex issue of work addiction and its consequences for individual well-being on a global scale.The project is carried out by an international team led by Dr. Edyta Charzyńska from the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, and Dr. Paweł Atroszko from the University of Gdańsk, Poland.
