SUNY-UWI Symposium on Global Partnerships for Climate Action

On Friday, September 20, 2019, on the eve of the UN Global Summit, development partners and members from around the world met at Global Partnerships for Climate Action - a Symposium arranged by The SUNY-UWI Center for Leadership and Sustainable Development (CLSD). This is the first time since the global adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015, that the High Level Political Forum (HLPF) convened within the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). The Symposium was held at the SUNY Global Center in New York and was livestramed and recorded via UWItv.org—the multimedia public information and education service of The University of the West Indies.
