Training and Education

The Risk Management Unit offers a variety of training and educational opportunities to members of the University and affiliated entities. The RMU provides training, consultation and coaching related to risk management to all stakeholders. 

The RMU has the following offerings: 

• One four-hour session for audit committees and executive/ senior management on risk management fundamentals for risk oversight 

• Half-day workshops to senior management seeking to integrate strategic planning and risk management into activities 

• Day-long programmes for faculty, departments, institutes, centres, schools, etc that highlight risk management fundamentals and initial steps for developing a sustainable risk management value-added process to your respective function
