Lisa Hamilton-Brathwaite, Programme Officer; Office of Global Affairs
Mrs. Lisa Hamilton-Braithwaite holds a BSc. in International Relations (University of Guyana) and a MSc. in Government (The UWI). Her attachment with the Office of Global Affairs (OGA) began in 2019 working for then Pro Vice-Chancellor Ambassador Dr. Richard L. Bernal providing administrative as well as project and research support.
Her contributions to the work plan of the OGA proved most crucial in the planning and execution of the inaugural Canada-Caribbean Research Symposium (CCRS) and the Canada-Caribbean Institute’s (CCI) Forum on Seasonal Farm Workers in Canada during the COVID 19 Pandemic.
Mrs. Hamilton Braithwaite comes to the OGA with Foreign Service experience obtained from her employment with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-Guyana and business management experience from working for a US-based company.
