Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation must become a priority if Caribbean programmes and initiatives are to be effective in addressing the myriad of challenges faced by the region. Our fledgeling M&E culture needs to be nurtured through training, advocacy, and policy development. Given the urgent need to build and strengthen M&E capacity at the national level, Universities throughout the Caribbean have a vital role to play in creating a critical mass of individuals with competencies in monitoring as well as evaluation.
