This programme approaches sustainability through the lens of leadership and business management, equipping graduates with the knowledge, confidence, mindset, and applied tools to design, implement, and manage sustainable solutions across any industry.

Programme Structure

  • Stackable Credentials

    flexible pathways to accommodate different career stages and learning goals. Applicants can apply for direct entry to the Postgraduate Certificate and ladder up to the Postgraduate Diploma and then the MSc, or enter directly at the Diploma or MSc level.

  • MSc (36 credits):

    Six 3-credit core courses (18 credits) + Four 3-credit elective courses (12 credits) + One 6-credit final project course

  • Postgraduate Diploma (21 credits)

    Five 3-credit core courses (15 credits, inclusive of PgCert) + Two 3-credit elective courses (6 credits)

  • Postgraduate Certificate (12 credits)

  • Option A: Degreed Applicants

    At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university acceptable to The UWI

    Minimum GPA of 2.5

  • Option B: Pass-Degreed Applicants

    Pass degree with at least two (2) years of post-degree work experience, particularly in a related field

  • Option C: Technical/Professional Qualification

    Technical and/or professional qualification(s) from an approved body recognised by The UWI

    Minimum of two (2) years' experience

  • Option D: Non-Degreed or Certified Applicants

    Relevant work experience with at least five (5) years of management-level experience

    May be subject to interview

    Successful completion of pre-programme qualifying course required
