Dr. The Hon. Marshall Hall, OJ

Dr. Hall has been an academic serving on the faculty of universities in the USA, Uganda and in Jamaica where he was Professor of Management Studies and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

In his second career, in the world of business he has served as Executive Chairman of the Jamaica Public Service Company Ltd. and CEO of Jamaica Producers Group Ltd. (JP) from which he retired in 2007. While at JP he spearheaded the resuscitation of the banana industry in St. Mary and Jamaica as a whole after hurricane Allen in 1980 and again hurricane Gilbert in 1988.

Over the years Dr. Hall has served and continues to serve on several Boards in the Private Sector and Government spanning the areas of Finance, Agriculture, Education and Police Oversight. He was inducted into the PSOJ Hall of fame in 2005.
