Pioneering a path in climate science: The UWI Launches First Multidisciplinary Postgraduate Programme in the Caribbean

In a groundbreaking move for the Caribbean, The University of the West Indies launched its first and only multidisciplinary postgraduate climate science programme which began in January 2024. This innovative Master of Science (MSc) programme is poised to equip a new generation of experts with the skills necessary to combat the pressing challenges posed by climate change, particularly in Small Island Developing States (SIDS).
