Years 1 and 2 - The University of the West Indies

The Tuition fee are as follows:
International Students: US$10,000 per year for all years 1 through 4.
Caribbean Students (UWI Contributing Countries): US$7,000 per year for all years 1 through 4.
Bursaries are available to students from UWI contributing countries based on eligibility. Additional miscellaneous fees include:

Cave Hill

Average living expenses

  • Hall accommodation
  • Single occupancy: $1,512 - $2,767.5 per semester
  • Off campus accommodation: $300 - $450 per month
  • Initial settling-in expenses: $250
  • Books & Incidentals: $1,500 per year
  • Halls of residence deposit: $250
  • Meals: between $20 to $25 per day

Miscellaneous fees

  • Student ID card: a $15 one-time fee
  • Student amenities: $470 per year
  • Guild: $30 per year
Mona

Average living expenses

  • Hall accommodation $1,321 - $5,290 per year
  • Books and computer/tablets: $1,500 per year
  • Miscellaneous fees: $180 if residing on Hall $118 if residing off Hall
  • Transportation: $250 if residing on Hall $1,400 if residing off Hall
  • Meals, groceries and personal expenses: $4,200
St. Augustine

Average living expenses

  • Accommodation: TT$17,000
  • Hall accommodation: ranges from TT$10,415-35,000 per year (plus a TT$1,250 precautionary deposit)
  • Meals: TT$20,000
  • Personal expenses (toiletries, medical supplies, transportation): TT$10,000
  • Book/Learning Material: TT$8,000

Miscellaneous (compulsory) fees (per year)

  • Guild Fee TT$225.00
  • Identification Card (first issue only) TT$120.00
  • Caution Money (year of entry only) TT$500.00
  • Students Group Health Plan TT$100.00
  • Personal Accident Insurance TT$20.00
  • Amenities Fee TT$500.00
