Elton Bollers is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES) at the Mona Campus of the University of the West Indies (UWI). More recently, Elton worked in the Caribbean Economics Team of the Inter-American Development Bank. He has served in various capacities on consultancy projects for, inter alia, USAID, UNICEF and PAHO/WHO.
