The webinar is in commemoration of United Nations' International Day of Persons with Disabilities and it is carded to begin at 10:00 a.m. AST.
Come listen to Ms. La Fleur speak about Nestle’s DEI initiative and common misconceptions by employers in the context of employing persons with disabilities. Mr. Thomas will speak about the Perspective of persons with disabilities on the workplace with focus on utilising the digital space. Ms. Tanisha Ash will share findings from an employer readiness survey conducted by the Ministry of Labour and Ms. Wong will speak about the Equal Opportunity Commission as an avenue for redress for disability discrimination as well as reasonable accommodations regarding the employment of persons with disabilities. Last but not least, Ms. Estrada will discuss the intersection between good industrial relations practices and DEI with a focus on persons with disabilities.
