Please be advised that a booking does not guarantee the use of the property, as availability can only be secured by payment. Payment is a minimum of 50% of the cost, paid 8 - 14 days prior to the arrival date. The full payment must be made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.

All cancellations must be made within seven days of the arrival date, at which point a full refund will be made to the guest. THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF CANCELLATION IS MADE LESS THAN SEVEN DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The Office of Finance, without notice, reserves the right to reissue a booking date for which no payment was received.

All payments must be made to the Cashier at the Office of Finance, UWI Regional Headquarters. Guests should ensure that a receipt is obtained as this is their only evidence to indicate proof of payment.

Payments can be made using cash, cheque or debit/credit card.

The receipt must be shown to the Reservations Officer within the Office of Finance who will then issue the guest with a set of House Rules for signing. If a customer fails to sign the House Rules, he/she will not be allowed to use the premises and a full refund of the payment will be made to him/her.

Once the document (House Rules) is signed, the original is kept on file and the guest retains a copy.

A set of keys along with gate remote will be given to the guest. These must also be signed for as in the event they are not returned, the customer will be asked to bear the full cost to replace them.
Our rates are reasonable and competitive:
Staff, Students and Affiliates
1-3 nights $15,000 per night
4th-8th night $12,000 per night
9th night and over $10,000 per night
